No, Redpoint Recovery is specifically designed as a post-workout supplement to support muscle recovery and replenish energy. It is not intended to replace a complete meal and wholesome nutritious foods should always be the go to when possible. We recommend consuming a balanced meal within a couple of hours after taking Redpoint Recovery.
